Do prices include GST?

No. Prices are shown in INR before GST, and GST (18%) is added at checkout. For the standard system that is ₹79,999 + ₹14,400 GST, or ₹94,399 in total. Your GST invoice is issued with the order.

When can I order?

Ordering isn’t open yet. Leave your email under “Get availability updates” and we’ll let you know as soon as it opens.

How is the system installed?

An EyEagle team member reviews the home, positions the Alert Unit (SOS button and Door Lock Sensor) and the Home Hub, connects the Nest and tests the complete alert path before handover.

What happens after three years?

Nest, readiness checks and EyEagle Response are included for three years. Membership then continues at ₹2,000/month + GST until cancelled.

Does EyEagle need home Wi-Fi?

No. The installed system uses built-in 4G connectivity, so raising an SOS does not depend on the home’s Wi-Fi network. Connectivity is checked during installation.

Do my parents need a smartphone?

No. They can raise an SOS using the installed button. The app is primarily for Nest members who receive alerts and coordinate the response.

What if the home needs a larger setup?

Online orders cover up to three bathrooms and four extra Alert Units. For larger homes, talk to us and we’ll plan the installation with you.
