Does Nest only work with the EyEagle device?
No. Nest receives SOS alerts from the EyEagle device, and an SOS can also be raised directly from the app.
Who receives an SOS?
The family members, neighbours and other trusted responders added to your Nest receive the alert together.
What if nobody responds?
For eligible memberships, the EyEagle Response Team takes ownership of an unanswered alert and helps coordinate the next steps.
Will I know who is responding?
Yes. Nest shows who has seen the alert, who has accepted it and who is on the way, so the family has one clear view of the response.
Do SOS alerts work on Silent or Do Not Disturb?
Nest can deliver critical alerts through Silent and Do Not Disturb when the required notification permissions are enabled on the phone.
Can someone send an SOS when they’re away from home?
Yes. An SOS can be raised from the Nest app and the phone’s location can be shared with responders when location access is enabled.
What information can I keep in Nest?
You can keep key health conditions, allergies, medications, insurance information, identity documents and medical records together.
Can I speak to a doctor through Nest?
Yes. Eligible members can use Nest to speak with an on-call doctor and connect with specialist support when needed.
