    Share the SOS and its location with selected trusted contacts through Nest.

When family needs support

A trained person helps move the response forward.

Family remains the first response. With an eligible membership, an unresolved alert can reach the EyEagle SOS team for further assessment and coordination.

What is EyEagle and how does it work?

EyEagle is an installed bathroom SOS system. A deliberate press sounds the Alarm Unit at home, shares the alert with selected trusted contacts through Nest and can connect eligible unresolved alerts to EyEagle Response.

Does EyEagle need home Wi-Fi?

No. EyEagle does not depend on the home’s Wi-Fi connection to raise an SOS. The system is configured and tested during installation for the available service at your home.

What happens during a power outage?

The installed system includes backup power so it can remain available when the home’s main power is interrupted. Our team explains the backup and testing process during installation.

Who receives an alert?

The trusted family members, neighbours or guards selected for your Nest can receive the SOS and its location in the EyEagle app. You decide who belongs to that private circle.

How is the system installed?

An EyEagle team member reviews the bathroom and surrounding layout, positions the hardware, helps configure the Nest and tests the complete response path before handover.

What happens if nobody in the Nest responds?

With an eligible membership, an unresolved alert can reach the EyEagle SOS team for further assessment, contact attempts and coordination under the approved response process.
