01. The alarm sounds
The alarm sounds immediately at home. It must be switched off manually, even if the incident is marked safe in the app.
02. The Nest is alerted
Your Nest—the trusted contacts you choose—receives the SOS and its location in the EyEagle app.
03. A Nest member responds
A trusted contact responds and checks on the person. Acknowledging the SOS does not close the incident; it must be explicitly marked safe.
04. EyEagle steps in after five minutes
If the incident is not marked safe within five minutes of the SOS, our 24/7 team starts coordinating help. We also call the person who responded to check on the situation.
05. Local help is coordinated
Our team coordinates with trusted contacts, appropriate local support and our directly partnered hospitals across India as needed.
06. We stay with the response
Our team stays connected with the people helping and follows up until the situation is confirmed safe.
